The cabin is small; around 800 sq. feet; the rent is $1200 a month which includes utilities (no surprise bills to contend with), includes snowplowing. $500 damage deposit. We are very firm about no pets and no smoking. It has a long narrow kitchen with room for table and chairs, bathroom was remodeled a year ago, with walk in shower (no tub), living room has a fireplace and large 16 pain window, there's room for an office space, and one bedroom. The furnace is about four years old and very efficient. There are washer dryer hookups. It has a nice patio and a small deck. We recently repainted.
