You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, off street parking and a beautiful fenced in private backyard (perfect for your pets!). It is just minutes away from everything you may need including: Downtown Phoenix, Old Town Scottsdale, Sky Harbor Airport, and all major freeways. Within walking distance to Phoenix Childrens Hospital and Abrazo Heart Hospital. You will be surrounded by several award-winning restaurants and eclectic bars. The guesthouse is an 800 square foot home with two bedrooms, one bathroom and laundry room. We provide a 4k Roku TV in each bedroom of the guesthouse and a 60 in TV in the living room. You will have you own private fenced in backyard as well. You will have access to the guesthouse and a private fenced in backyard. This is a fully furnished rental property. All utilities and WiFi are included in the monthly rent. The house is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay, linens, towels, dishes and cookware, and coffee machine. Dogs are allowed with a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Cleaning fee is $100. For stays over 30 days, a complimentary cleaning is included every 30 days. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, but is allowed on the patio in the back yard. Parking is available on the paved area in the yard, and street parking. This home has the capacity for 4 people comfortably. Two bedrooms have a queen size mattress. Additional overnight guests should be pre-approved for insurance purposes. Rent payments are due on the first day of occupancy and every 30 days after. Landscaping is provided every two weeks.
