Located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood in Spring Valley, about a mile from the center of the town. 2 community pools, a park and tennis courts are all included within the HOA. The house has a smart HVAC system, solar panels and a security system. 2 driveway spots are available with an abundance of street parking within the neighborhood. Rent is $1600 a month, and 1/3 the price for utilities and high speed internet. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. HOA covered by me. About me: I am from Southern NJ and graduated from Rutgers University in 2021. I'm currently a Surface Warfare Officer in the Navy and am looking for other working professionals who will be respectful of the house. The other roommate, Bobby is also a Surface Warfare Officer in the Navy. Strong preference for other Male Junior Officers, but open to all who are interested!
