There are 2 patios in the backyard, storage underneath the house, and 2 designated parking spots. Very close knit community with fun events such as summer concerts, Christmas in the Canyons, and the Silverado Country Fair. Must purchase a post office box down the street to receive mail (no mailboxes at any Silverado house). Must be comfortable with canyon living (wildfire and mudslide risks, SCE occasionally turns the power off when windy to prevent fires, evacuations occur when flooding or fires occur). Water, trash, electric, and propane paid by owner. All other utilities are the tenants responsibility. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. There are 2 parking spots available directly in front of the house. Tenant is responsible for yard maintenance (ex: weed whacking in front of the propane tank).
