Unit is a 1/1 furnished luxury detached guest suite that's part of my 2400 sq ft main house on the 15th Fairway of the Traditions Golf Course. It is less than a 5 minute drive to TAMU. I live alone in the main house. There is plenty of street parking. The guest suite features your own private entry, queen bed, dresser, nightstand, bathroom, walk-in closet and 32" Plasma TV w/ DirectTV as well as WiFi. All bills are included. You also have access to the community pool and fitness center. The guest suite does not have a kitchen, but you can bring in your own microwave and small fridge. It also has its own HVAC control. Laundry is not provided. This unit is for 1 person. Looking for a quiet, non smoking college student with no pets.
