Backs up to Moonstone flow track for easy access to mountain biking and hiking trails. 5 minute drive to downtown and ski area parking, 7-10 minutes from the resort. Fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine all recently upgraded within last 1-2 years. Dryer soon to be upgraded. Stove is only non upgraded appliance. House is rarely hot enough in summer to require the ceiling fans to be on. Utilities (gas, electric, internet) are not included. Tenant is responsible for their own cable/tv service, we normally use comcast. Gas/electric will be switched from landlord to tenant(s). Gas/electric (combined, through Xcel) for 2 people typically runs $75-85/month during summer, $110-125/month in shoulder seasons, and can be as high as $200-300/month during the coldest winter months [see below on wood burning stove]). No water or sewer costs due to the house being on a well and septic. Plowing IS included for winter months. Driveway is not paved so 4WD and AWD is needed due to a small lip heading up to the street. 2WD cars have and will get stuck. Garage is not included due to usage as owner storage. Will consider dogs (no cats) for small deposit. There is a fenced in dog run. There is a wood burning stove that heats the house incredibly well in the winter but it is the tenant(s) responsibility to purchase wood. Can provide partially or fully furnished for an additional cost per month. No smoking or vaping whether tobacco or cannabis. Lease length is a minimum of 6 months but will consider 9-12 for the right tenants, especially locals.
