Cute, clean cottage with large yard. Great place to live.Landlord pays water & trash. Tenant is responsible for electric and gas. Landlord maintains yard. Pets are a maybe. I’m getting so many responses that I’m going to list everything that’s inconvenient about the property. It’s a nice place in a great location but here’s the list: No dishwasher. Washer/dryer in basement - outside access only. Asking for 1st & last months' rent and a security deposit. More photos at www.flickr.com/hideawayroad We only provide parking for 2 vehicles. No central A/C. The downstairs is cooled with 2 window units provided by the landlord. The yard and basement (which is only accessible from the outside) are shared with your landlord. We may accept a pet if it's friendly and will not be unattended for long periods of time. There is a good distance between your parking space and the house - be prepared to schlep groceries, trash and everything else up or down a hill (we provide wagons). The driveway is 1/3 mile long and gravel, mostly single lane and we share it with neighbors. Your landlords are also your neighbors. If you’re still interested please let me know. Thanks.
