Washer/dryer in unit. Central heat and AC, gas fireplace in living room is great through the winter. Balcony has a storage closet.
Pictures: The attached pictures are from the model unit in the complex. Our unit is DOES NOT have hardwood floors in the bedrooms. Our unit has carpeted floors in the bedrooms, that were all replaced 2 years ago. Our bathrooms are as not as updated as the model unit's, but there are two full baths with counter space and drawers/cabinets.
