The monthly rent (1665$) is 200-300$ less than any other rates given by this complex, and if you were to sign on the lease, the rate would only increase slightly if you wanted to renew. Little to no damage to the apartment, minor carpet scuffs. Unit has hardwood floors, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, as well as a nice patio with a storage closet.
