Curl up by the glow of the wood-burning fire, or reclined on the deck surrounded by endless pines. Post-walk, hike or bike ride, the toasty heat of the private sauna will lure you home. Not pictured, but often included: star-filled skies, frequent deer sightings, and soon-to-be-made, long-lasting memories. This is vacation type home. Good for those needing interim-temp housing. Extended vacations, Work, divorce, closing on new home, waiting for new-build, etc. Rentals can be anytime during the month. Min. 2 Days. Rates depend on season. This is a vacation or temp work property. Ideal rental would be one month 3 months. Owner pays for utlities including fast internet, except TV cable. Cable can be added if ordered. No removal of fixtures or remodeling are allowed. Regular maintenance of property is expected by renter including keeping the outside clean of debris. Renter may not bring to property large items, broken down vehicles or any other large items. Renter will be responsible for any damages or breakdowns due to mishandling or misuse of items. No smoking ($300 Fee)! No pets ($300 Fee)! Monthly payment is due on the first of the month. Will be given 5-day grace period. Renter may move in on first paid date and move out the day the lease expires. Must remove all personal items and leave all pre-existing items in clean and in an orderly state. In home manual has other instructions and expectations. Renter is required to read and make themselves acquainted with all its contents. No parties, no groups, no events are allowed. Only renters on lease may stay the night in the cabin. Violation of this rule, will void the lease and renter will forfeit remainder rent.
