Probably one of my favorite things about this home, aside from the granite and stone bathroom, is the backyard deck. It looks out to a lovely greenbelt which features a huge tree just to the rear of the home. You can tell the owners loved having fun because they made great use of the unfinished area in the basement with a ping-pong and hockey table! Fun!! You might be tempted to stay and play for awhile! The single car garage has plenty of room for additional storage, which is nice! Another cool feature in this home is the serving bar from the kitchen to the dining area. I love the idea of entertaining in the dining area and being able to serve my guests food and drinks through the serving area. And don't forget those lovely granite counters you will be serving on- designed to impress!! My favorite thing about having granite in my kitchen is that I never have to worry about it burning. Personally, I simply take my pans directly from the stove or oven, and place them directly on the granite. That is the great thing about stone!
