The House: This house was built as a spec house and we are the first owners of the house. In our time here we have made improvements. When we bought the house the basement was not finished and so in 2010 we finished the basement. In doing so we added 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a bar/entertainment area, and a rompus room with walk-out. In 2014 a new hot water heater was installed. In 2015 we added stairs to the back deck. Around 2017 we modified the area around the front door to allow more visibility and light into the house. In 2018 we replaced all the major kitchen appliances - the stove/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dish washer. In 2022 we repainted the interior walls and cabinets, replaced all the carpet upstairs, upgraded the kitchen counters and put in new plumbing fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms. As well we drywalled and installed garage organization shelves and hooks, upgraded the master shower to a tile shower with beautiful sliding glass doors, and installed a new closet organizer system in the master closet. We also upgraded the deck to Trex and installed a ceiling, which created a covered lower patio complete with speakers, wicker conversation set, grill and griddle. Included with the 2022 updates is whole-home networking, Sonos audio system with 8 zones, and Lutron Caseta lighting control system which controls all outside and basement lights. The house is connected for both LP and natural gas.
