The unit is located at a walking distance from Waterloo park, University of Waterloo, Laurier University, Research institute, Conestoga mall and several grocery chains, within a close proximity. I am moving to GTA due to my work and travel to Waterloo everyday is becoming painful. Looking to have the whole unit subletted to a young couple, small family, working professionals and even open to a group of students, who can take over the lease immediately.
