NO PETS PERMITTED This quaint lakefront cottage sits on a hillside on Lake Quasset. It has 2 bedrooms, a large deck, an open kitchen/living room area, and one awesome bathroom. Appliances provided are: dishwasher, over-the-range microwave, refrigerator, washer, and dryer. There is a small dock on the water. Motor boats are not permitted but any non-motored items are welcome. Rent is $1,700 per month not including electric heat, trash removal, or any utilities. House is available August 1st. We require a month-to-month agreement. Non-smokers only. No pets allowed.
