Unit 1604 of Museum Tower is a beautiful, very homey-home right in the heart of downtown Atlanta. We are steps away from Centennial Park and all of the attractions and amenities around it (for more info on that, go to museumtower.com). Of note, some of the photos posted are from the listing when I purchased the house in November of 2014. I picked the photos of areas which I haven't changed much until I can get someone to do more recent photos. Of note, in the kitchen, we have since updated the microwave (to a GE Advantium) and the dishwasher (also GE) and both have a brushed stainless steel finish. The views from this 16th floor unit are breathtaking in every direction: North to Midtown and North Downtown, West to the park, dome, etc., and East to Stone Mountain from the balcony. Even better, there's very little risk of losing those views as all of the lots around the building are already developed or are under construction and the buildings on them are low-rises. The HOA fee is a little steep, but the HOA pays for television, internet (we've signed up for Google Fiber; hopefully we'll get it soon!), trash and other services; in addition, we have at least 1 concierge on-premises 24x7 (sometimes 2), the building manager & engineer are on-site Monday-Friday and will help out with anything you need, and the Amenities (Plaza, Club Room, Pool, Workout room, etc.) are all well taken care of.
