Large 24' x 44' HEATED pool and a very private yard in which to enjoy it! Totally refurbished Cape, lots of room. Nice touches throughout. WiFi throughout for you internet junkies! 1.2 miles to Menauhant Beach. Gameroom in basement has foosball and air hockey. Large 42" flat screen TV in the livingroom, and the livingroom dining room and kitchen are all open to each other. Nice deck in the large fenced in back yard, with a gas grill and plenty of tables and chairs to eat al fresco! The pool is our largest pool, and also has plenty of lounge chairs. Also, a new outdoor shower! The 'gameroom' is actually two separate rooms in the basement, one side with foosball, the other with the air hockey. The basement also has a washer/dryer. The Owner Says ..."The HEATED pool is large, and so much fun! We know you will love our home!" This is a WEEKLY vacation rental. Rents Saturday to Saturday during the summer, $3300 a week. Currently all weeks except July 25 available!
