Purchased as a vacant lot and moved my 1972 mobile home onto it. Despite multiple calls to code enforcement and a deranged rant at the post office, Diane next door was unsuccessful in revoking my permits and tearing my house down. The home features 1970s wall paneling, 1980s appliances, yellow carpet in the living room and a green bathtub. The floors are made of particle board but I am putting plywood over that and only fell through once and the giant hole under the couch has finally been fixed after a couple years.
