Private entrance is around side of house. Garage access during poor weather is permissible. Gas, electric, water, cable TV (over 200 channels) unlimited Wi-Fi and yard maintenance are included in rental price. Clearing snow from driveway in winter ideally is a shared task. Property owner works from home during the day and requires a quiet work environment. A mutually respectful and good working relationship made our last tenant a dream - unfortunately they are moving out of state.
