This unit is a very beautiful and quiet tree-lined street in Elmwood, just at the border of Rockridge. It's close to a lot of really great local businesses like Boichik Bagels, La Farine, and Momo Ramen. The closest grocery store is Safeway, just a five minute walk away. It's also not too far to Zachary's, Smitten, Rockridge Market Hall, and Trader Joe's. The Rockridge Bart station is just a twelve minute walk away, so the location is great for people commuting to Downtown Oakland or even San Francisco. As far as the place itself, it's on the second floor of a two-unit building. It will be unfurnished. Both the living room and kitchen are spacious and the wood was recently refinished. The kitchen is in a little alcove off the living room and gets a ton of sunlight. Note that there is no dishwasher. The living room also gets a ton of sunlight because of the skylight windows. The bedroom is carpeted and has two closets - one small and one large. There's a washer and dryer in the building at the bottom floor, and one spot in the detached garage in case you have a car. Also, there's a little deck in the back with enough space for a few chairs and a table. I've listed the place as a 6/1 move-in date but am flexible until 7/1.
