The front door of the coach home is located on the right side of the building. A very private screened lanai is accessed from the family room and the main bedroom with lake views. Beach towels are available for guests' use, with the beach only 12 minutes away. There are plenty of on-site amenities for you to enjoy, including a basketball court, walking and jogging paths, a community clubhouse with billiards, an exercise room, a library, and a heated community pool and spa. There is also a playground, shuffleboard, tennis, and pickleball courts. The home comes with four pickleball rackets. A smaller community pool is located one building down from this coach home, which is an easy walk and is more private. Lakeside is located in the heart of north Naples, just a quick drive to some favorite restaurants and shopping centers. This is a self-check-in property, and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move-in along with the second payment.
