APPLICATION A total of $1140.00 is required to move into apartments. A $40.00 non-refundable application fee may be paid with enclosed application or online through a link we provide through the RentRedi App. An invite to apply can be sent to you at your request A deposit of $550.00 must be paid within three days of the acceptance of your approved application to hold an apartment. Apartment, when ready to move in, may be held for two weeks when the deposit has been paid. Signed lease and the first month rent in the amount of $550.00 is required to move in. The deposit and rent payments will not be refunded to applicants that reserve an apartment and fail to sign lease and move in. TOTAL OCCUPANTS Units are limited by occupancy code to a maximum of two persons. Any person 18 years or older must have a completed rental application. Any person under the age of 18 must be listed on an adult's application. OCCUPANCY PERMIT Both an occupancy permit from the West Overland Fire Protection District and Saint Louis County are required prior to move in. Applicant is responsible for applying for permit from Saint Louis County. CREDIT HISTORY A credit check will be required on all adult applications. Satisfactory credit history, and credit score of 600 and over, will be required for an applicant to qualify. * RENTAL HISTORY Applicant should have satisfactory minimum one-year rental history as provided by any previous landlord(s). * JOB HISTORY Applicant should have a minimum one-year satisfactory job history as provided by any previous employer(s) or other verifiable income. Total monthly income should be a minimum of three times monthly rent. * PETS No dogs will be allowed. No other pets shall be kept on the premises except with additional pet agreement between the parties herein in writing and signed by the parties hereto which shall become a part of the lease. Trained service animals need to be identified at move-in. VEHICLES Total occupants of each unit will be limited to one vehicle and/or parking space on property. Applicant hereby authorizes the owner, or their agent, to obtain a credit report, and verify information provided on their application. Falsification of information provided will cause this application to be rejected. Application shall remain the property of the owners, or their agents, and shall be deemed a part of any lease executed in conjunction therewith. In accordance with the law, this property is offered without respect to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, family status, and any handicap of tenant.
