Enjoy our beautiful and tranquil two bedroom apartment just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Saratoga Springs and the Saratoga Race Track. This apartment was newly renovated in the summer of 2022 with all-new LVT flooring, heated marble tile flooring in the bathroom, new paint, and a newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops. This is the perfect place if you want some peace and quiet and space to enjoy the yard for dogs or to sit outside and watch nature, as we have a very active bird feeder with all kinds of birds! The property has a shared laundry unit in the building for all 4 unit apartments, with a door off the kitchen to access, 2 parking spaces in the large parking lot, and a covered patio right off the side door. The location is perfect as you are off exit 16, 10 minutes from downtown Saratoga, 5 minutes from the town of Wilton, and only 20 minutes from Lake George. This property includes all utilities during your stay (heat, electric, hot water, water, sewage/trash, and parking). Our community is pet friendly, but you would never know it, as the dogs in our building never bark. Enjoy the large background for a game of corn hole or a place to play fetch with your furry friends. We love this unit and hope you will too! Our lease terms include month to month mid-term or long-term agreement for your set time stayed. It includes all utilities during your stay. The deposit is refundable, but we do take out a $100 cleaning fee for our cleaners once you vacate. There is absolutely no spoking in the property or on it. This is a smoke free property, any violation of this will have their lease terminated. We have a very large parking lot, so if you have friends or family visit, we would like to keep it to 2-3 cars per unit max, to make sure everyone who lives there has a spot. Thank you!
