Close to fast food/gas. 15 minute drive to Los Medanos College. 3 hospitals in the area. No smoking or drugs. Rent includes water/garbage/pge. I can provide bedroom furniture if needed or if you have your own furniture I can take out what you do not want in the room. My dogs are friendly and have a very social and outgoing personality. Looking for one person to rent my room. Month to month but I can negotiate a longer term. I would prefer to rent long term but I am open the short or long term.
