I'm looking for somebody to sign a new lease on my apartment so I can get out of mine. It would be a 12 month lease, though you can talk to the landlord about reducing it if need be. It's in a great location right near OHSU (at the bottom of the hill) w/ an OHSU shuttle feet away from the building. It's also about a 15 minute walk (less than 5 minute bike ride) from Portland State University and downtown in general.Essentially I'm trying to get somebody to take over my lease so that I can move to Germany, otherwise I wouldn't move.The community is really quiet. This is an incredible price for being so close to downtown, PSU and OHSU.
