(Paying rent online via a bank account is free, Credit/Debit card payments will incur a fee from the software company directly so we recommend always paying via ACH from a checking account). We also accept other forms of electronic payments. Apartment is available immediately. No on-site laundry at this time. Each adult living in the apartment will need to be on the lease and a separate application will be required for each tenant. Please be sure to view the apartment and speak to our on-site representative before paying for an application as there may already be a pending application on the unit. Applications can be submitted directly through Zillow. Application fees are non-refundable as they are paid to Zillow directly. Tenants will be responsible for electricity for their unit. Landlord pays gas, heat, sewer, water, and trash for building/common area. Rent will be $785/month for a month-to-month lease, first month rent (plus any pro-rated rent if move-in is prior to the 1st) is due prior to move-in. $785 security deposit will also be required upon signing of the lease.
