It's also a short drive to Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, HarborWalk Village, Big Kahunas, The Track, grocery stores, and various restaurants and attractions. As this is a residential complex, a 10 pm noise ordinance is in effect. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. The HOA does not permit pets at any time. A washer and dryer is not offered inside the unit, but there is a pay-per-use community laundry room available on the same floor next to the stairway. If air conditioning issues are caused by the guest freezing the unit with the temperature found under 70 degrees, guests are responsible for repairs.
