This is a fantastic apartment on the first floor of a 2 family home very close to the Porter Square T stop and easy walking distance to Davis Square. All the rooms, even the bathroom, and bigger than average, and the living room and one of the bedroom are pleasingly enormous. The 2nd bedroom is also big, just not quite as gigantic - it would be "the big room" in most apartments. There is a large eat in kitchen that has been recently renovated with very nice cabinets and applliances. The bathroom is large and clean, and there is laundry in the basement, with access to basement off the kitchen. The driveway fits three cars tandem and is shared between the first floor and second floor unit -- the tenants work out the parking with each other. Great apartment. Half fee
