The yard leading to the lake is shaded with great old-growth trees and a firepit already built in. The 70 foot wood dock is included with the house and is an excellent shape. The lake front is a gradual decline with the end of the deck being at 3 – 4 feet in depth. A storage shed is located on the southside of the cottage that is large enough to hold a kayak, push mower and additional lake-front amenities. An additional storage shed is located on the southside. The roof was recently re-done in 2013 while the siding was replaced in 2005. Windows were replaced in 2002 and include tilt-in cleaning functionality. Electric is updated and includes grounded outlets. The furnishings and appliances seen in the pictures are included in the sale of the house.
