It's furnished and has a high def TV with streaming services. There is wireless and wired internet in the room. Ceiling fan. I run AC when it's warm out (so the place is always cool). Housekeepers come every other week to clean (price included). It's all included in the monthly cost, no additional fees. Bath is across the hallway from the room. No other roommates, I live alone (I'm a 61-year-old male with adult children who works from home; part-time pastor). Garage parking is not included but street parking is close and plentiful.
