Home is located within 1/2 mile of the Red Mountain frwy so there is quick access to most all parts of the valley. 10 min from loop 101, 15 min to airport. There is door to basement stairs that would allow for privacy between main floor of home and your living space. I prefer to keep the living space private, however, there could be access to the main floor washer and dryer on set days if desired. Private entrance available from rear of house if desired. Ideal roommate is clean, responsible, fun type. Sorry no overnight guests or friends "hanging out" and drug free.
