Erin and Christopher's home is impeccable. We stayed for about a month while looking for a home in the area, after having rented at many others. This home was, by far, the best Airbnb experience.
The number of thoughtful touches throughout this home truly made it a delightful place to live. Everything's been thought of: brand new appliances, super comfortable furniture, really nice linens, and a wonderfully-equipped kitchen, just to name a few.
The front and the back yard are really beautifully done. We sat on the porch and dined in the back many times.
It's centrally located with plenty of parking. There's a metro station (Expo/LaBrea) and several grocery stores within walking distance.
Erin is really quick and friendly with any questions or anything you might need. We loved our stay and you will too :)
Month-to-month lease. No smoking indoors anywhere. Free designated driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles. No garage access. Occupancy limit is 6 people, max 4 adults. Up to 2 screened pets may be allowed with additional pet deposit and rent. First month's rent and security deposit due at signing. Tenant to pay water, electric and gas bills, typically not exceeding $250/month. Full furnishings provided, including bed and bath linens, TVs, dishware and cookware, outdoor furniture and fire pit.
