We stayed for about a month while looking for a home in the area, after having rented at many others. This home was, by far, the best Airbnb experience. The number of thoughtful touches throughout this home truly made it a delightful place to live. Everything's been thought of: brand new appliances, super comfortable furniture, really nice linens, and a wonderfully-equipped kitchen, just to name a few. The front and the back yard are really beautifully done. We sat on the porch and dined in the back many times. It's centrally located with plenty of parking. There's a metro station (Expo/LaBrea) and several grocery stores within walking distance. Erin is really quick and friendly with any questions or anything you might need. We loved our stay and you will too :) Month-to-month lease. No smoking indoors anywhere. Free designated driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles. No garage access. Occupancy limit is 6 people, max 4 adults. Up to 2 screened pets may be allowed with additional pet deposit and rent. First month's rent and security deposit due at signing.
