    What's special

    This mobile home is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home. It has a large kitchen with plenty of storage. All appliances seen in the photos are a part of the asking price and are in great working condition (this does not include the washer and dryer). The position of the living room allows for and open layout that combines the kitchen and living areas giving a more open and welcome feeling to the home. The heater was replaced about 5 years ago and the water heater is around 7 years old. The heating unit is gas powered and has the availability to add a centralized cooling system. Attached to the home is a high powered swamp cooler that is more than sufficient to keep the home cool in the summer. Along with the home is a large wooden shed and smaller metal one. The lot rent is $400 per month, and water and sewage are included. There is no HOA fee. The location of the mobile home is positioned inside of a community that requires all tenants to own their homes and pass a background check prior to entry making it a much safer location than other neighborhoods. Our lot has a large sized yard and is located in the lower level of the community. The neighbors are all friendly and compassionate which makes for an overall welcome feeling both inside and out of the home. The large windows allow for a flood of natural light all throughout the day, which also helps cut down on energy costs. The windows were replaced before we moved in in 2021 and all are functioning. The bathroom has a vent fan as well as a small window which allows for plenty of ventilation. There has been no smoking in the home since we have lived here, and pets are welcomed. The yard is completely closed off which allows pets to roam freely. Although the home is on the older side, it has been well maintained. We are open to negotiation.
