Electric range with oven, tons of storage for stocking groceries, pantry. 2 car driveway. 2 car garage. - Tenants to pay for water, electricity, gas, internet. - Landlord to take care of gardening - No smoking inside the house or in the backyard - Do not construct anything on the premises. - Do not mount any dish/receiver on the roof - Do not walk on the roof. - Do not repair vehicles on the driveway. We got fined by City in the past when tenants repaired cars, parked trailer for months. - No trash on the side yard or backyard or in the front.
