We have free on-site parking and we also take care of any yard maintenance or any maintenance issues that are of no fault to the tenant. They are also fully remodeled, fully furnished apartments. We accept leases with a minimum of 30 days up to one year. We do allow smoking outside of the units, but absolutely NO smoking or vaping inside of the units. Quiet hours begin at 11 pm - we do pride ourselves on being a peaceful, quiet, and relaxing complex for our guests. No events allowed. We are geared towards traveling workers, but open to any kind of tenant. If you need to break your lease early for any reason, you simply forfeit your security deposit, but are not responsible for paying rent until the unit is filled.
