I'm breaking my lease early to relocate out of state. Since I'm breaking my lease, I'm posting this for my landlord to find a new tenant to sign a new 1 year lease starting on October 1st, no exceptions (must start Oct 1st or I'm out my deposit, regardless of your move in date.. no pro-rated rent, etc). This is not a 'take over my lease' type of situation, he will require you to sign a new, one year lease of your own, no funky business, he will not do month to month, six month, so don't ask.
This will rent fast! It's a great house!
-Fully fenced in corner lot. Not a through street, so very quiet with very little traffic. Neighbors are all quiet/awesome.
-Open/larger living room and kitchen w/dishwasher, built in microwave, W/D. Tons of light/windows.
-Granite counter tops, original real hardwood throughout, tile in the kitchen/bath. Two toned paint.
-Only one bath, but it is bigger w/separate shower and huge soaker tub.
-Rooms are smaller, but efficient w/decent closet space.
-Fully fenced yard (perfect for a dog). Fully automatic sprinkler system, plenty of off street parking, has a shed for outdoor [removed]/storage. No garage.
-Basement is totally unfinished so TONS of storage space, brew space, what have you.
-Central air & forced air gas heat (furnace)
Landlord will allow ONE pet. Dog OR Cat. Not both (I'm sorry).

*I'm showing the house Saturday September 16th and Sunday the 17th between 6pm-8pm to prospective new tenants.
