For the application process, you will need the following: * ID's for each adult, birth certificates for minors * If you are working, we need your last 5 paystubs * If you were divorced within the last 5 years, we need a copy of your divorce decree * If you receive food stamps or anything on a pre-paid card, we need you to bring your card and a balance slip (just go to an ATM to print that out) * If you have Social Security Disability or SSI, we need a letter from the Social Security Office dated within the past 30 days showing your benefits * $17 money order made out to Stillwater Springs (per adult) for your credit and background check * $100 money order made out to Stillwater Springs to process your application. If the application is denied for any reason, we will refund your money; if your application is approved, we will use the $100 towards your first rent. Please know that if you change your mind or quit the application process, that fee will not be refunded to you.
