This Condominium complex has over 100 condos, 2 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, basketball court, and a Tot Lot Playground. fIt is a well maintained complex with beautiful plush green areas and lots of trees. The homes are larger than average size for condominiums and the area is full of families with little ones all the way through grandparent types. This complex is located very close to grocery stores, daycare facilities a Westfield Shoppong Mall and pretty much everything you need. And of course the Carlsbad schools go without mentioning, this area is one of the few affordable locations within award winning Carlsbad Unified School District. This Price is reasonable and well worth this investment. We are sad to be selling this unit, but do to financial stress (job insecurity we feel it is necessary).
