Which includes: $50 screening fee per applicant (which I will pay), once and if approved you will, of course, switch over utilities and rental insurance over to your name & finally, sign addendum agreeing that apartment will be handed over as-is. I will make sure carpet is washed, walls are clean and everything is as good as when I first moved in. I can assure you there is no damage made to apartment.
