Looks are very deceiving! From the front view, my house looks quite small, but it is not small! It is so much larger than it seems. I raised my 10 children in this house! Make me an offer! There are 2 other good sized bedrooms, a large living and dining room, a walk in pantry and a large kitchen and study room/den. There is also a back porch which is enclosed, and a fairly large basement but it is less than 5.5 ft tall. We do have an excellent well which provides water at no expense! And a large backyard. A new water heater was installed 2 years ago. The ceilings and walls need repairs as does the electrical circuit box.
