    Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my lease of a nice, quiet condo in the Country Club area. Lease ends in May of 2018. My desired move out date is early December, making this perfect for someone looking for a six month lease with the option to renew. Rent is $1,200 per month plus utilities (water, gas, electricity). My utilities have never exceeded $100 per month in the 16 months that I have been here. There is a firm no pet policy for this condo. The condo is in a great location. Very quiet here, the neighbors are great. The golf course driving range is a short walking distance away. There is also a large pond with a walking trail around it that is also a short walk away. The master bedroom and bathroom are separated from the rest of the condo by a door. The second bathroom is right across the hall from the second bedroom. Stacked washer and dryer are in the closet in the main hallway. There is plenty of storage room in this closet for linens and such. There is a coat closet in the living room. Good amount of storage in the kitchen. All kitchen appliances work well. There is a nice deck outside of the master bedroom and a rather large main deck outside of living room. There is an additional storage closet on the main deck. There is no air conditioning which is typical of many locations throughout Flagstaff. I do have a portable air conditioner that works very well that I will consider leaving for the next tenant. In the winter time this location is easy to get to/from, no hills to worry about losing control on in the snow/ice. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot outside. The HOA is quick to plow the parking lots and clear the stairways in the winter. Overall this is a wonderful condo in a great location. I've enjoyed my time here very much.
