Our house is a beautiful historic stone home that is right on Lake Pleasant. We have a large, inviting beach and ample bedrooms and baths for lots of family and friends. The views are spectacular making you want to take pictures everyday. Our house has a downstairs en-suite with walk-in closet, Jacuzzi tub and separate 4 foot shower. The heat has an oil boiler with three zones. The three year old roof has full ice/water shield and partial seamless gutters. We share a driveway with our neighbor which means sharing the costs of snow removal and upkeep. What I love about the homeOur home is located on beautiful Lake Pleasant. Camp of the Woods, a year-round Christian resort, can be seen across the lake and is about 3 miles away. The views from the house are breathtaking. The community is wonderful and Charlie Johns general store is less than a mile away. Our house has tons of storage and lots of room for family and friends. We have a beautiful sandy beach which the grand kids love. 04/16/15
