Basic 1 bedroom apartment with a shower and appliances 750 a month tenant pays gas and electric. Will do month to month as we are renovating each building over the next few years and not sure what order they will be done in. The renovation will be down to the studs and we are moving tenants to the new buildings as they are completed by who wants the new design first. month to month till the new buildings are ready then will be moved over to the new ones
