The house was built in the 1960's, there have been a lot of improvements over the 25 years we have lived here. There is a one bedroom apartment in the basement with their own entrance that rents for $500 per month. Last year we remolded the kitchen and the 3/4 bathroom and this spring we remolded the full bathroom.
