You need to go up a few stairs, but you have your own private entrance and exist pathway. The room is not adjacent to another room, so it is very quite. Parking is free, if you do want to bike 15 mins to campus. There are two bathrooms, and five rooms. The house is messy a little now, but they will clean everything up soon. You will take over my least which ends at the end of Spring quarter. The landrod is a very flexible guy! We will make a contract and the contract will be valid only if my friend and I find a new place(the reason I am leaving such a great place is because of living with my friend; otherwise, I wouldn't do this) You also have to pay the first month and the last month when you are signing the contract(total $800). No gender preference. You will be living with 4 males. One of them is a UC Davis student, and the rest(including the landlord and his son) are very nice people. Great House!
