If billing is not switched over, then Resident will pay a $50 administrative fee to Management along with the billing amount. If electricity reverts to Landlord during tenancy, Resident will receive a $50 administrative fee along with the unpaid bill to be added to Resident's ledger. Resident is responsible for canceling service after vacate date. Ownership is not responsible for charges if Resident fails to cancel service.
