Hi there! Owner, my mother is looking to rent her private 1x1 basement unit that also comes with a W/D (in unit). Home is owner occupied and she lives upstairs. This room rental is available for month-to-month until April 1st, may or may not be extended. Please answer the questions at the bottom of this ad. Thank you!
Rent for 5 months:
$700/mo for 1 adult with utilities
$850/mo for 2 adults with utilities
Rent is due prior to move-in and 1st rent payment date would become the rent due date for every month.
Pet Policy:
-Small, house trained pets are allowed.
-2 Small Pets maximum
-Under 25 lbs
-Breed Restrictions Apply!
-$15/mo per cat
-$25/mo per dog

Order of procedure expected of the prospective tenant(s) to move in:
1). Phone screening followed by an In-person tour of the unit with homeowner
2). Background Check/Applicant, rental and, or professional & personal references
3). Signed and completed contracts along with ID documents
4). Security deposit AND
5). 1 month's rent in the form of cash or electronic payment.
