In a small quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to Rex and surrounding medical offices, about 10 minutes from NC State and about 15 minutes from downtown Raleigh. I have a very friendly dog and would consider someone with a dog as long as they get along. Non-smoking is a must. I work full-time in RTP and am a part-time student at NC State, and am looking ideally for a young adult that is employed or a full-time student. Lease time is negotiable depending on your schedule. Parking here is unassigned and plentiful. Price is $600 a month with split utilities. The available room is in the pictures - all the stuff in the closet and room will be moved out.
