There are 4 sets of plates, glasses, mugs, bowls, and flatware. The home also includes a vacuum, broom, Swiffer, and ironing board. Each floor has a shared washer and dryer that are coin-operated or can be used cashless via an app. Pets are welcome with a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $450. A Pack and Play and/or high chair can be reserved in advance for a $25 rental fee. There is one on-site parking space available for purchase on a first-come, first-serve basis. Woodley Park is one of Washington DC's most prestigious neighborhoods, located just outside the central business district on the edge of Rock Creek Park. The area is filled with pre-war apartment buildings, lively restaurants along Connecticut Avenue, and pricey townhomes and private schools on the side streets. The Metro (Woodley Park Zoo / red line) is just a few hundred feet away, providing easy access to the city. Rock Creek Parkway is a few blocks away, offering a fast and scenic drive to the monuments, US Capitol, and Northern Virginia, as well as access to the trails and nature of Rock Creek Park. Connecticut Avenue serves as a prestigious corridor linking downtown to Bethesda, Maryland. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if the odor of smoke is reported. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. Noise monitoring devices are installed, and exterior cameras record common areas and entries. Certain items should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains, as plumbing issues caused by these will result in charges. The home may require unexpected or scheduled maintenance, and access may be needed with 24-hour notice. Check-in is contactless and seamless, with information provided 48 hours prior and a unique code sent 8 hours before arrival. A $100 fee will be assessed if mailbox keys are not returned upon check-out. The home is equipped with a desk, chair, and light for your work-from-home needs. A laptop computer is not included.
