There are 4 sets of plates, glasses, mugs, bowls, and flatware. The home includes a vacuum, broom, Swiffer, and ironing board. Each floor has a shared washer and dryer. There is one on-site parking space available for purchase on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you are booking a flat that allows pets, there is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $450. A Pack and Play and/or high chair can be provided for a $25 rental fee, and these must be reserved in advance. Parking is on the street in the neighborhood around the building, and assistance is available for applying for a parking permit. The home offers contactless, seamless, and easy self check-in. You'll receive your check-in information 48 hours prior to your arrival, and a unique check-in code will be sent to you 8 hours before your arrival. Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building, including outdoor spaces. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if the odor of smoke is reported. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. In the event of excess noise, music, gathering, or parties, a representative will respond, and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Exterior cameras record the exterior and common areas, including all entries to the building. Certain items should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal, as plumbing issues caused by these will result in charges. These items include cooking grease, food, coffee grinds, feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, Q-tips, diapers, pills, paper towels, tissues, and coffee grounds. The home may require unexpected or scheduled preventative maintenance, and access may be required with 24-hour written notice.
