This recently-renovated condo is available early-August 2025 for long term rent. We prefer a lease until summer of 2026 and then the tenant could extend from there until summer of 2025. But, for the right tenant, we would also be fine with an initial lease term until summer of 2027.
When completing a lease, we require 1st months rent (if you move in mid-month, we pro-rate that, of course), last months rent (whatever month we determine that would be), and the equivalent of a month's rent as a refundable security deposit. We require tenants to have renters insurance (good insurance to have and not expensive). Tenant would take the electric bill into their name. Water/sewer/garbage collection and internet/wi-fi is paid for by the condominium HOA. And, the condominium HOA also takes care of snow removal at the driveway/walkways within the HOA as well as landscaping; tenant is responsible for snow removal at the private deck for the premises.
